As our dry and warm "La Nina-ish" fall weather pattern continues, many cities along the front range of Colorado are set to tie or break record high temperatures over the next few days. When asked about what he thought of the weather lately, Carson (the official/unofficial Mountain Wave Weather Dog) responded with a look seen in the picture above.
Castle Rock's official high record for October 27 is 79 degrees, we are only forecast to hit 78 today but should that temperature trend a degree or two higher we should be able to tie or break that record. Friday's record of 78 and forecast high of 79 means it is much more likely we break that record.
Looks like more record breaking temperatures for the weekend as well, stay tuned for the weekend outlook on Friday and we'll have the details on that!
