Cancellation Policy:

  • Sponsors may cancel at any time, but no refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of the package. Mountain Wave Weather reserves the right to terminate sponsorship agreements if content conflicts with our brand values or violates community guidelines.

Exclusivity and Conflicts of Interest:

  • Exclusive sponsorships are limited to one business per category. In the event of category conflicts, priority will be given to existing sponsors or those with longer-term commitments.
